Calligraphy day with Parmesan Bunny!
This is my first frame-able. I made it for my parent’s anniversary last month. The quote is taken from my parent’s favorite song, The Water is Wide. The frame is from the Chelsea Flea Market.
This was so much fun to make. Special props to Ginger for the black on black on black idea.
Finished product for the labels. Sitting happy on the shelf.
It’s that kind of day!

In the early hours of October 16th, 1793, nine months after the execution of her husband, Louis XVI, the 37-year-old former Queen of France, Marie Antoinette, wrote the following tear-stained farewell letter to her sister-in-law, Madame Elisabeth, and her children. Just eight hours later, Marie Antoinette was beheaded.

I’m currently re-reading my favorite (favorite!) book, East of Eden. I got up a little early this morning and decided to make a bookmark. This was the first thought that came to mind.
There you go Steinbeck. You make me ha-ha-happy.
